- As the product has been crafted by hand, using a natural material there can be slight variations in the grains of the wood and surface finish from piece to piece.

Care Instructions

- Rinse with water and a non-abrasive sponge; avoid harsh scrubbing.

- The outside of the cups can be oiled with mineral/olive oil once in a while to allow the wood to age gracefully.

- The cups and tray cannot be used in a microwave.

- Direct exposure to sunlight to be avoided.

Shipping & Returns

- The products will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.

- Returns will be accepted within 7 days of delivery and will be accepted only for the following reasons - incorrect product, incomplete product, damaged product on arrival or manufacturing defect. 

- No returns, exchanges or refunds are applicable on products bought from the clearance sale.
