Refund policy
ReturnsÂ
Returns will be accepted within 7 days of delivery and will be accepted only for the following reasons - incorrect product, incomplete product, damaged product on arrival or manufacturing defect. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery of the product, we will be unable to offer you any refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To return product(s) purchased from our website, please drop us a mail on stu.indigene@gmail.com stating reasons along with pictures (to explain the defect in your order), and we will initiate the process from our side, after making sure the product/reasons stated are eligible for return. The products will be picked from the original shipping address provided.
Refunds (if applicable)Â
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.Â
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit of the amount will reflect in the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that the transaction fee @2.5% will be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the amount. In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, the refund will be made only in the form of store credit of the same value.Â
In case of cancellation of an order placed that is yet to be shipped, a refund can be availed, however a transaction fee @2.5% will be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the amount.
Sale products (if applicable)Â
Only regular priced products may be refunded; sale products cannot be refunded. However, if the product is found to be damaged on arrival, we will agree to an exchange of the same product only.Â
Exchanges (if applicable)Â
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. Please read the ‘Returns’ section of our Refund Policy and follow the same procedure. In the mail you drop us to initiate this process, please mention if you would like to exchange for the same product or otherwise.
